To use certain features of the app (such as tracking meditation progress, making recurring donations, or scheduling food offerings), you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Our platform provides tools for meditation learning, processing donations, and coordinating food offerings.

• Meditation Learning: The content provided is for educational and spiritual enrichment purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.
• Donations: All donations made through the platform are voluntary. By submitting a payment, you authorize our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method. Donations are generally non-refundable unless a processing error occurs.
• Food Offerings: If you sign up to provide a food offering, you agree to fulfill that commitment to the best of your ability. You are responsible for ensuring that the food provided is prepared safely and in accordance with any dietary guidelines provided by the center. Please cancel or modify your commitment in the app as early as possible if you cannot fulfill it.

You agree to use the app respectfully and lawfully. You must not:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or center staff.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the app.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or misleading information.

All original content, features, and functionality on the platform — including meditation audio, text, graphics, and logos — are the property of Glow Heart Forest Monastery and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the app. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow Heart Forest Monastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including any issues related to food safety or physical/mental health outcomes from using our meditation resources.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document or via email. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
